A small room, a slow ritual.
We opened Lumière with one espresso machine, three tables, and a stubborn belief that coffee tastes better when no one is in a hurry. A decade later, the room is still small — and the ritual still slow.
Beans are roasted in-house every Tuesday. Pastries arrive warm at six. Everything else is made the moment you order it.
